Description of Pull Request

  • Specify environment versions correctly.
  • Updates to run_scenarios.ipynb and generate_reports to enable running with mac/linux os
  • New cells in run_scenarios to help with cleaning model_workspaces
  • The summary reports still fails on mac, but i made changes so user can manually run the notebook without throwing an error. The root of the issue is that with macOS using the os.system() to call jupyter nbconvert --execute will not recognize the conda environment you have enabled, and instead default to the root environment.... I couldn't figure out a solution to this.

Like I mentioned in my email. This hardcodes cbc as the solver and ignore the other solver options specified in the xlsx for model inputs.
